Due to the nature of digital products, all payments made to Truck MS are final and non-refundable.
Once payment has been successfully processed, customers are not eligible for refunds, cancellations, reimbursements, or partial refunds.
Customers are encouraged to request a demo and evaluate the software before purchasing.
By purchasing Truck MS, you confirm that the software meets your business requirements.
All subscription fees, renewal fees, upgrade fees, customization fees, and support charges are non-refundable.
Once a software license, subscription, or account access has been activated, the purchase is considered consumed and cannot be refunded.
Temporary downtime, maintenance, internet outages, hosting issues, server upgrades, or third-party service interruptions do not qualify for refunds.
Payments made for plan upgrades, renewals, additional modules, premium support, or custom features are non-refundable.
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension or termination of software access and related services.
Refund requests may only be reviewed in exceptional circumstances such as duplicate payments caused by technical errors.
Approval of any refund remains solely at the discretion of Truck MS.
